- "We" and "Our" refer to Wayz.
- "Customer", "User", or "Client" refers to the individual making a purchase for personal use only, not resale, unless specifically authorized by Wayz.
By browsing or making a purchase on our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Wayz reserves the right to change these conditions or update product offers at any time, which will be reflected on the website.
GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
We strive to ensure the colors and patterns of our products are accurate on the website, but we cannot guarantee exact color representation due to screen variations.
To place an order, you must review and accept these Terms & Conditions. During the ordering process, you’ll be informed of the product’s key details, including price, size, and color. Once you confirm and pay for your order, we will send you an email within 24 hours (on business days) confirming your purchase.
Wayz reserves the right to cancel or not confirm an order for reasons such as availability issues, payment problems, or delivery concerns. In such cases, we’ll contact you within 5 working days and issue a refund for any unfulfilled items.
PRODUCT PRICES
Prices are set by Wayz and may change at any time. These changes won’t affect orders that have already been confirmed.
- EU Orders: Prices include VAT at the current Portuguese rate.
- Non-EU Orders: Prices are excluding VAT, and the customer will be responsible for customs duties and taxes based on their country.
All transactions are processed in Euros (€).

Shipping costs and options will be shown during the checkout process, based on your delivery country.

- Rest of Europe: €10
- United States & Canada: Free shipping

Delivery times are estimates, and Wayz makes every effort to ensure timely arrival.
CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES
Wayz is not responsible for customs duties, taxes, or other charges that may apply to international orders. Customers should be aware of their country’s import regulations.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
You can return any product within 30 days from the delivery date. Returns are subject to approval by our team.
- EU: Free exchanges on orders over €140.
- Outside the EU or orders under €140: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Please ensure items are returned in their original, unused condition. We cannot accept returns for worn or damaged products.
Refunds will be processed within 7 working days after the product is received.
WARRANTY
Wayz offers a warranty on defective products in accordance with the legal requirements. If you find a defect, please contact us immediately. If confirmed, we’ll offer a full refund, including return shipping costs.
