RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We really want you to be satisfied with your product.
If by any reason you need to return or exchange an item purchased on our online store please contact us at email@example.com, within 30 days after the arrival of your order.
All returns and exchanges must be unworn. If the product shows signs of being worn, we find ourselves on our right to not refund or exchange it.
After confirmation from our Team you can send it over.
We currently offer free shipping, returns and exchanges in some EU countries or territories on orders above 140€ (one free return / one pair or exchange per customer).
For returns, please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org and tell us your order number and the item you want to return. Our team will get back to you within 24 hours.
On the rest of the world, customers are responsible for returning the item(s) at their own expense. If you want to return using DPD or DHL please contact us and we can provide the return and then deduct from the refund.
Kindly ship your return/exchange package in the same condition it was delivered to you. Wayz is not responsible for lost returns.

Once a package is received, checked and approved, a credit will be issued and reimbursement will be made available within 7 working days.
For exchanges, please contact us at email@example.com and tell us which item(s) you want to exchange and the desired new model or size.
We guarantee that all products we manufacture and sell at our online store are free from defects of workmanship. If by any reason you find a defect in your product we will exchange it, free of additional shipping costs.
