Shipping, Returns & EU Right of Withdrawal
We want you to love your Wayz sneakers! If you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Because we are based in Europe, you are fully protected by the EU Right of Withdrawal, and we’ve aligned our policy to make returns and cancellations as seamless as possible.
1. Your Right to Change Your Mind (EU Right of Withdrawal)
Under EU law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you (or a third party designated by you) physically receive your sneakers, without giving any reason.
At Wayz, we actually extend this peace of mind! You have up to 30 days from receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange.

2. Conditions for Returns & Exchanges
To receive a full refund or exchange, please ensure that:

Items are unworn, undamaged, and in their original condition (trying them on indoors to check the fit is perfectly fine!).

If items show clear signs of wear or depreciation resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and fit, we may reduce your refund amount or decline the return.

Items are packaged carefully to ensure they arrive safely back at our warehouse.
3. Return & Exchange Costs
Exchanges: We offer free exchanges for orders over €140 in Portugal, Spain, France, Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria, and Italy.
For returns, or for orders that do not qualify for a free exchange, the following flat fees apply per pair:

Portugal: €6 for one pair.

Spain: €7 for one pair.

France, Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria, Italy: €20 for one pair.

Other Countries: Fees are calculated based on weight, shipping address, and any applicable customs duties/taxes.
- For multiple pairs, fees are calculated based on order weight and volume. Each return will be treated individually, and a custom budget/fee will be presented to you before proceeding with the return.
4. How the Process Works

Start Your Request: Click here to access our online Returns and Cancellations Portal to log into your account and select the items you wish to return or cancel. (If you prefer, you can still reach out directly to hello@wayzforlife.com).

Approval & Labeling: Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label. For exchanges, please let us know the new size or style you want so we can reserve it for you. Alternatively, if you are in a hurry, you can simply place a new order on our website right away, and we will issue a refund for your original purchase as soon as we receive your return.

Pack with Care: To protect the sneakers during transport, the shoe box must be placed inside a bag or an external shipping box. Please do not tape or label the original shoe box directly, as it needs to return to us in perfect condition.

Scheduled Pick-up: Once your package is ready, we will schedule a convenient courier pick-up directly from your address. If you prefer to ship it independently, our official warehouse address is: Wayz Warehouse > Rua do Breiner 323, 4050-127 Porto, Portugal
5. Refunds & Processing Time

Timeline: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

What is refunded: We will reimburse all payments received from you for the items purchased. Please note that the direct costs of returning the goods (as outlined in Section 3) are borne by the customer unless the return qualifies for a free exchange.

Method: Refunds will be issued automatically to the same payment method you used for the original transaction. You’ll receive an automated confirmation email the moment it's processed.
6. Defective or Faulty Items
We stand proudly behind the quality of our sneakers. If you receive a defective or incorrect product, standard return fees do not apply. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you, covering all associated shipping fees.
