We want you to love your Wayz sneakers! If for any reason you need to return or exchange an item purchased from our online store, just reach out to us at hello@wayzforlife.com within 30 days of receiving your order—we’ll be happy to assist you.
How to Return or Exchange
- Items must be unworn and in their original condition. If they show signs of wear, we may not be able to process your return or exchange.
- Once we confirm your request, we’ll send you a return link where you can complete the process.
- For exchanges, please let us know the item and size you'd like to exchange for, and we’ll guide you through the process.
- Please package your return carefully to ensure it arrives in good condition.
Return & Exchange Costs
- FREE EXCHANGES for orders over €140 in EU countries.
- For all returns, exchanges on orders under €140 and on orders outside the EU, fees apply:
- Portugal – €5
- Spain – €7
- Other EU countries – €15 to €20
- Outside the EU – Fees will be calculated based on order weight, shipping address, and any applicable customs taxes.

Refunds & Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 7 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once it’s done.
Defective Items
We stand by the quality of our sneakers! If you receive a defective product, we’ll replace it at no extra cost, including shipping.
