Where can I find the size chart ?
You can find the size chart above the "Size" button on each product page. Click on that link to reveal a feet measurement procedure and size guide to determine your recommended size. All Wayz models share the same size chart.

When will my order ship?
Orders are shipped within 1 or 2 business days after being placed.
Where do you ship?
We would love to deliver worldwide but for the moment we deliver in Europe, North America and some countries in Asia
When will my order arrive?
Transit times may vary, depending on your location.
Portugal - free shipping. Order received in 24 hrs.
European Union - free shipping on all orders above 140€. Order received within 2-3 business days.
Rest of Europe (outside the EU) - 10€. Order received within 3-5 business days.
United States, Canada and UK - free shipping on all orders above 140€. Order received within 3-5 business days.
Japan, South Korea, China, Singapore, Macao and Hong Kong - 20€. Order received within 5-7 business days.
Can I follow my package?
A tracking number will be sent so you can follow your package throughout the way. You’ll be notified when your package is dispatched, and receive a tracking number and the name of the courier in charge of your shipment.
Do I pay taxes on International orders?
EUROPEAN UNION - All taxes and duties are included - meaning there are no additional charges to you at all.
OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION - You may be subject to local import taxes and duties once your package reaches your country. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be - meaning all additional costs with taxes, duties and customs charges must be covered by you.
What if my item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect?
We guarantee that all products we manufacture and sell at our online store are free from defects of workmanship. If by any reason you find a defect in your product we will exchange it, free of additional shipping costs. Please contact us, with a picture of the damage or the wrong item you received, as well as your order number and contact details.

What forms of payment do you accept?
American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Paypal, bank transfer, MB WAY, Multibanco and Klarna.
Klarna Payments
In order to offer you Klarna’s payment methods, we might in the checkout pass your personal data in the form of contact and order details to Klarna, in order for Klarna to assess whether you qualify for their payment methods and to tailor those payment methods for you. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Can I return/exchange an order?
Returns and Exchanges are available for any order. If you are not satisfied with your product you can return it and get refunded. You have 30 days to return your order. We currently offer free returns and exchanges in some EU countries (one free exchange or return / one pair per customer). Please check our policy.
How long should I expect to take the process?
Once a package is received, checked and approved, a reimbursement to your original payment method will be issued within 7 working days.
How long should I expect for my exchange item to be processed?
Once a package is received, checked and approved, we'll exchange it for the desired item within 2 working days, free of additional shipping costs.
CARE
Where can I see the care instructions?
Do not wash your sneakers on a washing machine. They are mostly made of leather which can be easily damaged when dipped in water.

What if the item I want is sold out?
Get in touch with us. We will tell you if or when it will be available.
